Housing Contracts Due Feb. 1st

The Office of Residential Life and Housing would like parents and family members to know that we have openings in the apartments and Somers Hall for spring semester.  We also anticipate more apartment openings for upper-class students during the 2013/2014 academic year.  The Housing Renewal process for next year is underway, if you would like more information, please visit the links below.  (Housing contracts are due February 1st.)

For many parents, knowing our residential halls are staffed 24-hours a day is invaluable! In addition, knowing our programs, policies and services are guided by our Benedictine Values of Community, Respect, Love of Learning, Hospitality and Stewardship ensure your student will be immersed in an inclusive environment committed to the holistic growth and dignity of all community members.

For students, the ease and convenience of living on-campus and being close to classes, campus activities, Health Services, Campus Recreation, and computer labs is second to none. Living on campus also offers students flexibility to study abroad or participate in internships.  Campus residents simply need to contact the Residential Life Office and complete a short form to be released from their lease obligations.  This flexibility is valuable should you find yourself presented with an opportunity to participate in some type of experiential learning experience.

If you or your student would like more information about costs and housing options, please contact our office at 218 723-6391 or email
